The Vendor is required to provide a telephone system service contract for agency.
- Basic Annual Service Contract – to provide onsite service/repair contract for the district wide agency telephone system; and
- Additions, Moves & Changes – to provide services not usually covered within the scope of a service contract, such as, but not limited to, additions, moves and changes to the existing system.
- The existing agency telephone system consists of approximately 800 telephone instruments, approximately 100 pots lines, 8 PRI lines at all sites.
- Provide additions, moves & changes on a time and material basis; (hourly rate plus percentage markup of materials- % over/under manufacturer’s retail list);
- Have knowledge in the difference requirements of the equipment manufacturers and have the necessary spare parts, equipment and tools to perform the required work;
- Provide repairs within 24 hours of notification by agency and receipt of a signed, authorized purchase order;
- Report to the Security Desk w/custodian to sign in upon arrival at the site before any work is done for maintenance and service visits.
- After job completion, vendor shall have principal’s office personnel sign off on time and vendor shall sign out of the Principal’s office.
- Provide an email and electronic portal work order from which will include the name of the site, the work or service requested, who requested the work, the time/date, the work completed or status report, and labor/material required.
