The Vendor is required to provide a HIPAA validation tool needs to be integrated into existing workflows where compliant files can proceed while noncompliant files are rerouted to an error queue along with an error report.
- Software must update HIPAA Standards and Code Sets frequently and quickly when new standards and codes are released.
- Ongoing software support must be available for any issues that are encountered.
