The Vendor is required to provide automated internal billing tool to explore potential solutions for automating internal billing, provisioning, and chargeback processes related to enterprise storage services.
- Scalable storage solutions alongside rising associated costs, as well as the need to establish a sustainable financial model for on premises storage services such as university files.

• Available solutions and architectures for automating service requests, approvals, provisioning, and billing
• Integration capabilities with existing financial and human capital management systems
• Best practices for chargeback and cost recovery models in higher education and research environments
• The feasibility of scaling an initial storage focused solution to other it services over time.
- Desired functionality and services
• A user-friendly portal for requesting additional storage across multiple platforms, including but not limited to:
o Google
o university-files and on-premises storage solutions
o Office 365
o Peta-library and research storage solution
• Automating approval workflows associated with service requests
• Supporting automated provisioning of requested services where feasible, with the ability to accommodate manual provisioning when required
• Automating billing and chargeback processes with improved accuracy and consistency.
