Public Address System Replacement

The Vendor is required to provide planning a major modernization and expansion of its public address (PA) system across its wastewater treatment facilities, headquarters campus, and coastal collection system pump stations.
- PA system infrastructure with new system controllers and is seeking professional design services to evaluate system coverage, replace aging field equipment, expand service to new areas, and develop a comprehensive design for an integrated PA system across its facilities.
- Requirement:
• Expansion of PA system coverage throughout plant 1 and plant 2
• Replacement of aging and obsolete PA system components
• Integration of existing Pa systems into a unified, modern Ethernet and IP-based platform
• Leveraging and expanding recently upgraded system controllers
• Evaluation and implementation of communications solutions for seven coastal pump stations
• Integration with emergency communications and mass notification systems
• Assessment of existing network and fiber infrastructure and development of recommendations to support future system growth.
