The Vendor is required to provide to select web accessibility testing tools supplier, or multiple suppliers, to assist agency, in providing a scalable enterprise solution of the highest quality and standards that enables agency locations to identify, monitor, prioritize, and remediate accessibility issues across agency websites and digital content.
- The solution should support agency commitment to ensuring digital experiences are usable by people with disabilities and aligned with applicable accessibility standards, including WCAG, ADA, Section 508.
- The tool should be capable of scanning public websites, subdomains, and other agency -controlled web properties, regardless of top-level domain, with the ability to support non-public, intranet, login-protected, or development environments where appropriate security requirements are met.
- The solution shall support multiple distribution sites/locations, scalable, with centralized single billing and discounting.
- The solution shall include strong service-level commitments, security controls, and data protection practices appropriate for an agency system wide solution.
- This includes defined support response times, system availability commitments, secure handling of scanned content, clear treatment of non-public websites, and documented procedures to avoid scanning or storing sensitive data without authorization.
