Proctoring Solution

The Vendor is required to provide reviewing proctoring solutions that integrate with Canvas, the university's Learning Management System (LMS), to ensure the security and integrity of quizzes and exams administered online.
- Minimum product requirements:
• SaaS product
• LTI/API
• FERPA and HIPPA compliant
• TX-RAMP Certification
• HECV AT or current SOC 2 Report
• Minimum of WCAG 2. IAA/Section 508 conformance
• Capacity for peak-load events (i.e., multiple simultaneous exams of 1,000+ users)
- Additional information required:
• Any AI foundation model(s) used and how/if our data will be used for model training
• Data storage residency and ownership
• Any system impacts on assistive technologies and any accommodation workflows
• Exam modalities supported (live proctoring, Al-assisted, on-demand, etc.)
• Academic integrity evidence package (log data, export format, chain of custody)
• Proctoring rules configurability
• LMS gradebook/workflow configuration
• Supported operating systems and browsers
• Network and bandwidth requirements, and any rural access strategy
• Support model
• Any pre-check/practice capabilities
• Any privacy-forward options (ex: blurred background).
