o Syspro version 8 shall include a subscription and support plan for room40.
• Services to analyze and provide solutions to how both department and agri-services and department and industries currently utilize its business systems and the multiple software solutions encompassed for its daily operations.
• Initial training, in-person or web-based, to all authorized department staff personnel that will be using this system.
• Maintenance and service plan to include frequency and speed of maintenance.
o Support for the system during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, not to include holidays.
o Toll-free number for department to call for support.
o Sample service legal agreement with bid response for review.
o Support for all tickets as they are opened, updated and closed by technicians, providing details to show the problem and final solution of said problem.
