• Email receiver (unlimited) – quantity 1
• Barcode printer – quantity 1
• Redaction and OCR service – quantity 2
2. Image right software maintenance and support
• Security patches and upgrades;
• Regular image right data backups;
• Ongoing performance tuning and monitoring; and
• Ad hoc support of configuration questions;
3. Image right view-only concurrent licenses (optional)
• Image right concurrent licensing to accommodate active users accessing the system daily; and
• Image right concurrent licensing to accommodate view-only users accessing the system throughout the month.
