The Vendor is required to provide commercially available solutions that provide comprehensive benefits screening and eligibility tools for students.
- Web-based platform that enables users to securely log in and identify federal, state, and local benefits for which they may be eligible.
- The existing solution includes a customized configuration designed to support geographically specific benefits across state, allowing users to receive localized results regardless of their county of residence.
- Exploring the marketplace to identify vendors capable of providing comparable or enhanced functionality, including but not limited to:
• Comprehensive benefits eligibility screening (federal, state, and local programs)
• state–specific benefits and county-level localization
• User-friendly, secure, web-based access for students
• Ability to support or replicate existing configurations and workflows
• Implementation approach, including data migration and transition considerations
• Ongoing maintenance and updates to benefits data.
