The Vendor is required to provide to replace and modernize the current wired intercom/public address (PA) system in the main building and exterior and expand the system to incorporate the high school building and exterior into one unified campus-wide communication system.
- The goal of this project is to establish a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly communication platform that enhances daily operations, safety procedures, emergency response capabilities, and cohesive communication across all campus buildings.
- The school seeks a modern solution that provides:

• Zoned, classroom, and all-call paging capabilities
• Integration between buildings
• Emergency notification functionality
• Expandability for future campus growth
• Ease of use for administrative and front office staff
• Reliability during emergencies and daily operations
- Existing System Assessment
• Review and assess the current wired intercom infrastructure
• Identify reusable infrastructure, if applicable
• Provide recommendations regarding replacement versus partial reuse
- Main Building System Replacement
• Remove and/or replace outdated intercom hardware
• Install new speakers, call stations, amplifiers, control equipment, and associated infrastructure as needed
• Ensure clear audio coverage throughout classrooms, hallways, offices, common areas, restrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, and exterior spaces
- High School Building Integration
• Extend the communication system to the high school building classrooms, offices, common area, restrooms, and including the exterior
• Allow for cohesive communication between all campus buildings
• Ensure synchronized paging and emergency alerts campus-wide

• Coordination with school administration regarding scheduling and access
• Cleanup and disposal of old equipment/materials
- Training & Documentation
• Provide training for administrative and maintenance staff
• Provide user manuals and system documentation
• Provide warranty information and support procedures.
