The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive, cloud-based recreation software system delivered as software as a service (SaaS) system will support a full range of recreation operations, including registration, reservations, facility management, financial processing, reporting, and customer engagement for the parks and recreation department, while managed, maintained and governed by department.
