International Student, Scholar, Study Abroad, and Travel Risk Management System

The Vendor is required to provide for a comprehensive software platform to manage international students, scholars, study abroad programs, travel registration, and international travel risks.
- Travel Registry – Domestic and International with Concur Connector for Trips, which includes development, service delivery, support and data management.
- Study Abroad – A managing system that maintains all study abroad programs and enrollments with alert travelers with security and risk information through communications such as an app, text messages, emails, etc. The study abroad management needs to deliver the full cycle of application, approval, pre-departure compliance, and post-program reporting- integrated with real-time traveler tracking and peer benchmarking data.
- Travel/Risk Management System – A mobile application with geo-specific push notifications, real – time GPS tracking, and multi-channel crisis communication (email, text messages, and in-app) integrated directly across SEVIS and study abroad data, providing complete duty-of-care visibility for a single system.
- We would like there to be flexibility to decrease the band of number of users for ISSS and the cost reflect, due to immigration policies affecting enrollment numbers.
- Must fully integrate all State Data including immigration and study abroad documents/files from the system being used to the new system in the event that it differs.
