The Vendor is required to provide school bus routing software ability for unlimited concurrent users with various accessibility roles to access the system remotely on any device utilizing a standard web browser (chrome, edge, Safari) with proper secure credentials.
- Data integration architecture and privacy (middle-tier push model)
• Platform must lack direct "pull" or backend write-access to the district's student information system to protect student data privacy.
• Ability to ingest, map, and process bulk and incremental automated updates "pushed" by the district's technology services (TSS) middle-tier infrastructure via rest API or secure ftp (SFTP).
• Fully documented restful API endpoints supporting standard crud operations on core data entities.

- Fleet asset management
• Create profiles for district-owned assets and multiple third-party transportation contractors.
• Ability to log, import, or sync vehicle operational details (e.g., passenger capacity, vehicle type, fuel type) and driver documentation for scheduling and routing verification.
- Staff attendance and tracking
• Manage electronic profile records for all drivers and bus monitors.

- Mapping and GIS engine
