The Vendor is required to provide online ticketing and tour booking platform designed to enable customers to browse, reserve, and purchase tickets and tours through a web-based interface for the agency.

• Ability to export data and integrate with email marketing or CRM systems is preferred.
• Compatibility with commonly used nonprofit CRM and email marketing systems would be viewed favorably for future scalability.
