Paging System

The Vendor is required to provide for and install a new Paging System to support audio distribution throughout the interior and exterior of the site.
• Install all new IP based Paging System that utilizes the existing camera network switches for distribution of signal between all buildings.
• Provide and install server and software to support distribution of scheduled messages, tones and live audio and store/forward messages through any single building or configurable group of buildings and speakers.
• Install new cabling and speakers throughout the buildings and exterior.
• RE-USE existing cabling where noted on the drawings and details. Test existing system for continuity prior to removing the existing speakers. See further specifications for details.
• Remove old speakers and cabling from each building. See floorplans for existing speaker locations.
• Remove old backbone cables that connected the paging system from Admin to the other buildings. Remove entirely from the site.
• Fully install the IP to analog devices and microphones/paging adapters throughout the buildings see drawings.
• Configure the Ethernet network to support the new Paging VLAN.
• Install microphones and touchpanels where noted. Connect to Ethernet network.
• Fully configure the paging system with zones and grouped zones as per the discussions with the owner.
• Meet with the owner to demonstrate the system and set all tones, zones and scheduled messages
• Fully configure and test all systems.
• Demonstrate to the owner each system and each device.
• Train the owner on the use and configuration of the system
• Provide as-builts and close out documents
