Varonis Software-as-a-Service

The Vendor is required to provide cloud-hosted data security software-as-a-service (SaaS) produced by the manufacturer Varonis.
- Varonis protects enterprise data by analyzing data activity, perimeter telemetry, and user behavior; prevents disaster by locking down sensitive data; and efficiently sustains a secure state with automation.
- The subscriptions and support will be broadly comprised of the following components:
• Subscriptions per pricing schedule;
• Support and maintenance services; and
• Access to future releases and content updates.
