The Vendor is required to provide English language development solution software and related professional development services, for the department, to the schools.
- Requirements
• Provide demographic information such as proficiency levels, accommodations, monitor status, reclassification status, exiting status etc.
• Be compatible with the WIDA assessment and tools.
• Setting and regular goal updating capabilities.
• Have a framework for the ml student language instruction plan that includes general student information, accommodations, modifications, current and historical test, and goal-setting opportunities.
• Meet the requirements for the four-year monitoring status for exited students.
• A framework for generating, modifying, completing, and storing monitoring forms for active and former MLS.
• Offer potential for including modules and components for collaborating with content and classroom teachers on instruction and differentiation practices.
• Data dashboard with options for customizing various views for diverse audiences.
• Reporting tools for required documents and other types of parent communication in at least 25 major languages.
• Platform for documenting meetings related to language services.
• Display each active MLS current and successive ELD level.
