The Vendor is required to provide for a cloud-hosted application delivery and orchestration virtualization platform that enables the secure distribution of academic and administrative software to end users across University-managed and personally owned devices.
- The solution must be higher-ed focused, multi-platform with smart automatic delivery to university-managed systems and BYOD.
- The solution must be specifically designed for Higher Education to deliver applications required for students.
- The solution shall include:

- The objective is to provide a centralized, scalable, and user-friendly platform that enables students, faculty, and staff to access software applications anytime, anywhere, and on multiple device types.
- Provide a centralized application delivery platform capable of:
• Publishing applications to end users via a unified interface
• Delivering applications on-demand without full local installation
• Supporting both virtualized and locally installed applications
- Support application virtualization and streaming technologies that:
• Support individual application delivery opposed to full desktop virtualization
• Deliver applications in real time or near real time
• Minimize device storage and configuration requirements
• Enable offline or intermittent access where applicable
- Provide a cloud-hosted SaaS solution or hybrid architecture, including:
• Vendor-managed hosting environment (preferred), or
• Compatibility with University-managed infrastructure
- Include role-based access control (RBAC) and integration with:
• Active Directory / Azure AD / SSO platforms
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Device and Platform Compatibility
• Windows operating systems
• macOS operating systems
