The Vendor is required to provide ecommerce solution for include:
- System foundations
1. Role based access and account structure
a. Administrative access
• The system will be expected to provide a means to create accounts and access so that the proposed solution can be administered.
• The proposed solution will be expected to grant the authority to control the administrative rights and levels of access.
• Levels of administrative access of your proposed solution:*
• Solution will be expected to allow control the access of customers, by specific user, user group and company, so that some users have full access, but others have only access to limited functions.
• Solution will be expected to allow Minncor to control customer user names and permissions.
b. Customer access
• The system will be expected to provide a means to create unique customer accounts.
• The system will be expected to provide a means to create a hierarchical user account structure to allow the creation of a company with multiple user groups within each company.
• A means to assign permissions at all levels of the account structure hierarchy: company, user group and users.
2. System security
• Implemented with the necessary security certificates to ensure proper encryption of the site.
• Security standards for a web-based application.
• Security standards for a cloud-based solution – only applies if that type of solution is proposed by the vendor.
• Testing site security and functionality.
• It service web application assessment report during the development and after the system is deployed into production.
• Mitigate all issues that fall into the critical and high severity issues identified in the state IT service web application assessment report.
• A reasonable effort to mitigate medium and low severity issues identified in the state IT service web application assessment report
3. Browsers and platforms supported
• Solution will be expected to run on the current version of google chrome, internet explorer and safari.
• Run on the current version of Microsoft edge, Mozilla Firefox.
• Expected to be designed to support future versions of browsers as part of normal maintenance for the lifecycle of the solution.
• The state desires that the proposed solution be mobile-friendly.
