The Vendor is required to provide for e-signature platform to support agency daily operational needs.
- Operational requirements below:
• Number of users: 50
• Number of envelopes used per year: 6,000
• Multi-factor Authentication required
• Ability to transfer envelopes from one user to another
• Uses Public key infrastructure(PKI) or Pretty good privacy (PGP)/OpenGPG
• An admin console that allows admin users to create, move, suspend users as well as comprehensive envelope management abilities such as bulk transfer.
• Dedicated support team or ticketing system that provide 24/7 software support by email.
