The Vendor is required to provide install server and control software for include:
- Site assessment and server installation
• Examine the designated installation location for the server.
• Responsible for providing all required material, labor, equipment, and any other items necessary to ensure a fully usable and operational server environment.
- Software procurement and configuration
• Once the server is installed and running, the contractor shall procure, install, and configure the latest version of Niagara HVAC controls software on the server
• Ensure the software is fully functional and readable on the government furnished head-end computers.
- HVAC panel examination and installation
• Conduct a physical examination of buildings 104, 162, 165, 168, and 169 to determine if new Niagara panels are required.
• If it is determined that new panels are required, the contractor shall purchase and install them.
- System integration and testing
• Following panel installation, the contractor shall verify and ensure that 100% of the HVAC controls in the respective facilities are connected to the panel.
• Validate that the direct digital control (DDC) system is actively reading all components and achieving 100% operational functionality.
