The Vendor is required to provide currently utilizes PowerSchool as its Student Information System (SIS) and Oracle for staff data. Panorama Student Success is utilized for internal intervention logging and student data display, with access restricted exclusively to District staff.
- The District currently lacks both a comprehensive public-facing data dashboard and a dedicated platform for external providers to capture and track student services.
- Data currently imported into the panorama platform includes: attendance, student behavior, and academic, assessment, and intervention plans.
- Data Integration
• The platform must integrate academic, attendance, behavioral, school climate, and social-emotional learning data into a single, unified dashboard.
• The platform must integrate nightly with PowerSchool and other critical data systems, including behavior management tools and an unlimited number of academic assessment platforms.
• Must provide an expert client success team that works closely with district data teams to create an efficient and customized data plan for seamless integration and has deep experience implementing similar programs
• Must provide a graduation tracker, using agency graduation requirements and the portrait of a graduate
• Must work within district timelines
• Must be able to allow multiple teachers to view one student’s data
• Must have a data integration process that is not time-consuming for the district to import data
• Must provide a detailed implementation plan outlining all phases of system deployment, including system setup, data transfer, integration, and technology configuration
- Data Analysis and Reporting
• Reports must enable educators and leaders to view attendance, behavior, academic, and SEL data within a single platform.
• Reports must feature the ability to aggregate and disaggregate data at the district, school, classroom, and individual student levels.
• Reports with the ability to organize students into groups and monitor their growth across four key indicators: on track for college/career readiness, on track for graduation, at risk, and critical
• Reports to analyze data by meaningful groups including demographics, FRPL, ell, sped, attendance, and academics
• Must have the ability to group students by demographic information to understand trends and patterns
• Must have ability to view change-over-time data to understand student progress
• Must have the ability to view SEL results across both student and teacher perceptions, with the ability to explore online or print
• Must have the ability to monitor progress towards agency specific goals via additional district-level custom reporting capabilities
• Must have the ability to configure secure role-based permissions to ensure that each authorized agency user can access their data and only the data to which they are authorized
• Must have the ability to view social-emotional learning data at the student level, so that teachers and school leaders can personalize support, celebrate areas of strength, and target competencies that need improvement
• Must have the ability to find recommended actions and practices around social-emotional learning that teachers and leaders can use in their classrooms, schools, and online from trusted SEL partners such as open circle, second step, and character lab
- Interventions and Progress Monitoring
• Must have the ability to create intervention plans for individual students or groups of students
• Must have the ability to assign individual educators responsible for implementation to intervention plans
• Must have the ability to view progress monitoring data for each intervention, which includes an aim line for the trajectory of how each student should be progressing to meet the stated goal
• Must have the ability to view a summary of intervention status across an entire school to determine intervention effectiveness
• Ability to create a customized intervention library for agency educators to find intervention strategies that best support students.
- Integrated Student Supports and Referral Management
• The system must allow District staff to initiate digital referrals to specific community partners.
• The system must allow partners to accept, reject, or update the status of referrals.
• Referral statuses should include, at minimum, waiting list, intake scheduled, service active, service completed, resource accessed/disseminated, unable to contact, and closed.
• The system must notify the appropriate community school coordinator, MTSS lead, or designated district staff when referral status changes.
• The system must provide closed-loop documentation to confirm whether a referral resulted in services.
