The Vendor is required to provide for a transportation planning, mapping, scheduling, and public outreach platform.
- This product to map out existing and potential bus and rail routes, understand transit demand and demographics in the region, seek public feedback on service changes, publish detour maps, and other related planning and operational tasks.

• Ability to quickly and easily draw lines for transit service, walking, and other modes
• Ability to add bus and rail routes from a pre-loaded list that is informed by GTFS
• Ability to add and visualize a wide range of census and custom data layers
• Ability to add annotations, text boxes, symbols, and stickers to both static and dynamic maps
• Graphic display options including varied colors, line weights, bus stop display options, offset or overlapping lines, different base maps, and similar.
• Instant in-map display of stats of interest, such as service costs, number of vehicles, population served, and similar.
• Instant service summaries (scheduling capabilities) and ability to modify schedules in the platform to understand and share service implications; ability to export timetables to excel
• Ability for multiple users to collaborate simultaneously on a map
• Ability to measure spatial distance within the mapping tool
• A search tool for places, bus/rail lines, and bus/rail stops/stations
- Communication to the public
• Ability to quickly and simply publish a dynamic map to the public
• Dynamic map functionality that is user friendly for the general population
• Ability to quickly and simply publish a static map in png, pdf, kml, shp, csv, and similar formats.

• Ability for the general public to quickly and easily add comments to a dynamic map, and view comments from others.
