Microsoft 365 and Related Cloud Services Development, Administration, and Support System

The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive Microsoft 365 Platform development, architectural, configuration, migration, integration, administration, security, and support services to support agency collaboration, productivity, identity, security, and business process needs across its Microsoft 365 tenant(s) and related Microsoft cloud services.
- Services will include day-to-day support, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 Platform services and related Microsoft cloud platforms, including Azure and Entra ID, for agency internal and external users.
- Support existing and future Microsoft 365 Platform applications, services, and capabilities, including new or rebranded Microsoft cloud services made available during the term of the Agreement, which may include, but are not limited to:
• SharePoint (online and hybrid environments)
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive
• Planner
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Copilot and related Copilot capabilities
• Power Platform components (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and model-driven applications)
• Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and related identity and access management services
• Microsoft security and compliance offerings (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview)
• Other Microsoft 365 Platform and Azure tools and services as required to support agency environment
- Support will encompass application and platform development, integration, security, governance, and operational support to ensure reliable and effective use of the Microsoft 365 Platform and related Microsoft cloud services.
- Provide secure cloud-based storage and access to documents and data, including remote access;
- Support modern workplace capabilities such as chat, meetings, file sharing, workflow automation, and application integration; and
- Improve productivity and work management through Microsoft 365 tools and visual organization of tasks and processes.
- Support and enhance the existing Microsoft 365 Platform, which is modular and flexible in nature, and will continue to support the development, configuration, and integration of future Microsoft 365 Platform applications, features, and functional capabilities as they become available.
- Provide a comprehensive concept of operations outlining the recommended use, evolution, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Platform products and services for agency, including recommended use cases, best practices, and future capabilities supported by the Platform.
- This may include SharePoint Online and, if applicable, SharePoint Hybrid, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Design, configure, and develop solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Platform services, including but not limited to collaboration, content management, workflow, automation, analytics, and identity/security capabilities.
