The Vendor is required to provide student RFID identification badge management system solution including, but not limited to, the following:
• Web-hosted or cloud-based student badge management software;
• Initial bulk production of RFID-enabled student identification badges;
• School-site badge issuance equipment for new and replacement student identification cards;
• RFID card printers, photo identification cameras, starter supplies, and associated equipment;
• Custom RFID card design, printing, encoding, and production services;
• Integration with the district's student information system (sis);
• Integration with the district's transportation management and telematics systems utilizing application programming interfaces (APIs), secure file exchange, or other approved methods;
• RFID UID, chip serial number, NFC, or equivalent credential management and reporting;
• System configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment services;
• Project management and implementation coordination;
• Training for district personnel responsible for badge issuance and system administration;
• Technical support, software maintenance, equipment support, warranty services, and ongoing customer assistance;
• Optional badge accessories, school-specific packaging, sorting, labeling, and related services as requested by the district.
