Freedom Park Irrigation System

The vendor is required to provide freedom park irrigation system services the contractor shall provide include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provide as-built documentation for all replaced irrigation infrastructure.
• Test, adjust, and balance the new system to ensure full coverage and proper zone functionality.
• Staging area will be established at walk thru.
• Work must maintain the following:
• 2 inch mainline will be at 3 feet (or below).
• Lateral lines no less than 12 inches below surface.
• Hand trenching will be used at the start of the root protection zone for all trees as needed.
• Equal to dripline of 1.5 feet radially from the tree for every one inch of trunk diameter at breast height (DBH=4.5’ above the soil line), whichever is greater.
- Project management, documentation and closeout
• Designate a project manager as the primary liaison with the city.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide schedule updates as requested.
• Provide periodic progress photos documenting major construction phases.
• Submit final as-built drawings for irrigation, hardscape, and electrical components.
