The Vendor is required to provide preventative maintenance incinerator continuous emission monitoring systems for include:
• Clean and repair the extractive probe assembly
• Probe assembly- make unknown possibly t1c3-11
• Change filter elements and gaskets in the stream switching assembly
• Part # k030-av
• Change filters and gaskets in the secondary sample conditioning system
• Master-flex us #g-07015
• Rebuild the sample pump
• Air dimensions Inc. (ADI), 19310vm5
• Replace condensate removal tubing
• Flush out-sample lines
• Replace moisture membrane
• Con-flow gfh60 filter-regulator #gfh60xtkmx (2) spare parts kit #6385326
• Rebuild total hydrocarbon (THC) analyzer pump
• Replace the analyzer filters and gaskets
• Adjust pressures, flows and temperatures to specification
• Challenge and calibrate the total hydrocarbon and oxygen analyzers
• County will supply the gasses
• Bid shall include a minimum of 18 hours on site to complete preventative maintenance (pm) for both sites
• All travel and per-diem expenses shall be included in bid
• All pm parts shall be supplied by the contractor.
• Any materials required beyond normal preventative maintenance shall be purchased by the contractor.
• Any additional work must be pre-approved by the county prior to any additional work being performed.
• Specify the percentage discount from list price for all parts not covered under this preventative maintenance contract.
• If no discount applies (0%), this must be stated on the bid form.
• Services beyond pm shall be invoiced at current rates.
• Include hourly rate sheet with bid.
