The Vendor is required to provide learning management system (LMS) that supports the delivery, management, tracking, and reporting of training across a statewide emergency management enterprise.
1. System architecture and hosting
• Be cloud-based, with options for public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid deployment
• Support a multi-domain architecture, allowing segmentation of different agencies, jurisdictions, or user groups within a single system
• Be scalable to support statewide users
• Provide secure user authentication (SSO preferred, multi-factor authentication capable)
