Medical Records Software Solution

The Vendor is required to provide medical records software solution for include:
- Business/functional requirements
1. User interface requirements
• Quick navigation to different functional areas of the solution, to facilitate the user’s access to information and tools during a client meeting.
• Configurable workflow to support the business operational processes
• The ability to interact with mapping tools to provide location information and geographic information services.
• Design that is intuitive, easy to navigate, and requires minimal training or effort for a person to operate effectively
• Accessible via a mobile device
2. Data integrity requirements
• Maintain data and transaction integrity and confidentiality; where applicable, address legal and regulatory issues with regard to unauthorized access, misuse or fraud audit trails, and options for resolution.
• Comply with vita ITRM standard -ea225 and sec540 which is the data classification standard.
• Complete field validations to ensure that all entered data is in the correct format as defined for those fields.
3. Compatibility requirements
• Compatible with iOS, android, and Microsoft platforms.
• If the solution is not compatible with one or more platforms, include the rationale for this decision in your column b response
4. Disaster recovery and redundancy requirements
• Flexible enough to accommodate redundant resources to mitigate availability risks.
• This could include, but is not limited to, load balancers, external services, DNS services, synchronization servers, data storage, and messaging.
