Statewide Knowledge Platform

The Vendor is required statewide knowledge platform including:
• Technical approach and system design, including data integration across multiple platforms and tools, real-time updates, and ability to increase functionality over time;
• Stakeholder engagement and collaboration, which are foundational aspects of the justice infrastructure project;
• Sustainability and maintenance, including the planning to support future investments and governance of the project
• Launch approach, including testing, implementing, and scaling, tracking technical and user-based metrics; and
• Adaptive management, system maintenance, and sustainability, supporting the path toward future functions, resources, and investments.
