The Vendor is required to provide asset management system (AMS) must support county’s operational and strategic asset management needs, including:
• Centralized hierarchical asset management for both spatial and non-spatial assets
• Mobile friendly service request, work order, and inspection management system
• Mobile friendly public facing service request / incident reporting system
• Office and field use, including offline capability
• Planned and reactive maintenance management
• Integration with GIS and financial systems
• Reporting, analytics, and lifecycle planning.

• Single source of truth with no duplicate data entry between GIS and AMS
• Support for spatial assets and non-spatial assets
• Full work and service management for office and field staff
• Strong offline mobile capability for low-connectivity field environments
• Support for planned and reactive maintenance
• Financial system integration for costs, budgets, and lifecycle tracking
• Configurable dashboards, views, and task inboxes
• Public-facing service request and incident reporting interface for residents
• Reporting and analytics for asset performance, cost, and service levels to match the needs of our asset management plan, including the ability for staff to have access to and maintain those reporting tools for the purpose of maintaining our current asset management plans
• The ability to easily download or integrate into business intelligence tools
• Asset lifecycle and condition modeling, including renewal forecasting and scenario planning
• Support corridor-based asset relationship analysis, including linear referencing where applicable, to identify coordinated asset renewal opportunities
• Notification capability for events and workflow updates through channels such as email, SMS, and
• Microsoft teams
• Rest API, that is mature, with most core features of the application covered through it, with a well-documented development portal
• AI capabilities, such as AI data analysis and AI assistance tools.
