• Be delivered as a secure, cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution accessible through web and mobile platforms.
• Support integration with university systems, including slate CRM, student information systems, PeopleSoft campus solution, and other applicable institutional systems.
• Comply with FERPA and applicable privacy, security, and data protection requirements.
• Include implementation, onboarding, training, account management, maintenance, and ongoing technical support services.
• Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing similar mentoring, student engagement, student success, or related software solutions to higher education institutions.
