• Support user and course management for in-person, online, self-paced, webinar, and blended learning formats.
• Support predefined roles (e.g., learner, trainer, and administrator) and custom roles with unique permissions.
• Allow customization of learner profile fields.
• Maintain standardized course details such as course title, code, duration, description, and prerequisites.
• Maintain class-specific details, including instructors and room assignments.
• Track course status (e.g., active, retired) and apply version control for updates.
• Allow authorized users to upload, edit, save, and delete training modules.
• Manage instructor assignments and schedules.
• Automate logistical coordination for in-person training (e.g., venue assignments, capacity limits, and equipment requirements).
• Record and track attendance at course, class, and subject levels.
