Cisco Products and Services

The Vendor is required to provide cisco products and services for cisco networking, observability, and security software, SaaS, cloud and hardware and services. Lot 2 design, integration, and installation.
- Lots for cisco products and services, design, integration and installation and maintenance:
1. Networking, observability, and security software, SaaS, cloud & hardware and services
• Networking – contractor must be able to implement scalable communication solutions to facilitate seamless data transfer for using governmental units (UGUs) varying in size.
• Observability – contractor must be able to implement advanced monitoring and analytics solutions to ensure real-time visibility into the health, performance, and security of the digital experience.
• Security – contractor must be able to implement a multi-layered security posture that protects the network perimeter, internal assets, and remote users.
• Custom SKUs - contractors must be able to offer SKUs that are calculated per the specific customer quoted configuration (# of users, term, quantity, prepaid term, etc.…) these SKUs may be customized to meet unique buyer requirements.
• Maintenance – contractor must be able to provide ongoing maintenance and technical support related to specific SKUs from the cisco partner certification and approved product price list that support integrated cisco offerings.
• These SKUS may be customized to meet unique buyer requirements.
2. Design, integration, and installation services (DII)
• Sr. Level project/project management - overall project management and responsibility for maintaining schedules, workforce, and final product to customer, primary interface and contact with client managers.
• Mid-level project management - project management of specific technologies, knowledgeable in cisco networking technologies, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, supervision of technicians on the project.
• Sr. Technician - expert level technical skills in specific technologies, knowledgeable in cisco networking technologies, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, supervision of technicians on the project.
• Mid-level technician - mid-level technical skills performed under general supervision on specific technologies, knowledgeable in cisco products, configuration and installation.
• General technician - general technician tasks performed under general supervision for installation of components, cabling, etc.
