The Vendor is required to provide parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) solution, including but not limited to:
• Detailed site review and validation of existing conditions
• Design and engineering of the proposed PARCS configuration
• Supply of all new equipment and software
• Removal and disposal of obsolete equipment (if required)
• Installation, integration, configuration, and testing of all system components
• System commissioning and acceptance testing
• Staff training and documentation
• Ongoing maintenance, support, and service

1. Core system capabilities
• Support gated entry and exit operations for all identified lanes
• Accept multiple payment methods including:
• Debit and credit cards
• Cash (via automated payment equipment or mobile cashier solution)
• Provide the ability to create, issue, manage, and redeem parking vouchers
• Support transient, event-based, and operational parking use cases
• Include an open and well-documented API to allow integration with third-party systems (CRM / ERP)
• System must be PCI compliant.
• System must work with security system for the intercom, card readers.

• Extreme cold and heat
• Snow, ice, and freezing rain
• Moisture, high and low humidity levels, and road salt exposure.
