Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration Services

The Vendor is required to provide Microsoft 365 tenant migration services of a qualified proponent to provide consulting, planning, discovery, and migration services to support the transition of its Microsoft cloud environment to the new tenant.
- Migration strategy
• Microsoft 365 migration strategy - based our current environment provide a high-level plan for migrating the m365 data, identities, and configuration including any related on-prem services like entra connect.
• Azure migration strategy - based on our current azure environment provide a high-level plan for migrating the azure subscriptions.
• Power platform migration strategy - based on our current power bi/powerapps environment provide a high-level plan for migrating these services as well as a cost estimate based on available data.
• Discovery services - a fixed-price proposal for conducting discovery and planning workshops intended to validate assumptions, assess the current environment, refine the migration approach, and develop detailed implementation plans and pricing.

• Work for migrating m365 data, identities, configuration, and any related on premise services.
• Power platform migration statement of work for migrating power bi/power platform to new tenant
• Azure migration work for migrating azure subscriptions/roles/access controls, as well as devops identities.
- Migration implementation
• Responsible for executing the approved migration plan, including project management, implementation, validation, knowledge transfer, and transition support required to successfully migrate the university's Microsoft 365, azure, and power platform environments to the new country tenant.
