The Vendor is required to provide employee engagement platform for include:
1. Decrease employee turnover:
• A culture of two-way feedback ensures that employees feel valued.
• Workers are more likely to remain within the organization for longer.
2. Increase employee engagement:
• An engaged workforce ensures that our customers are receiving the best possible service, as the discretionary effort of employee’s increases.
- Features requirements:
• A feed that allows corporation to post photos, videos, update stories and other media personalized by workgroup, department and/or location.
• The feed should have the option to tune commenting for employees off and on. Posts shall have a scheduling options for future posts.
• Users must be able to easily filter different types of communications on the feed (e.g. Employee recognition vs safety updates, vs company-wide updates, etc.)
• Ability to post policies, memos, announcements, surveys etc. That are required to be read by employees with an acknowledgement feature.
• Capability to record and report that a user has read/opened high priority communications, with an exportable time-stamped audit log
• Integration of forms and date of acknowledgement by employee a plus, but not required.
• Ability to separate users into teams/groups depending on their role, department, location etc. Ability for users to be part of multiple teams.
• Secure one-to-one and group chats functionality that notifies users when they have new or unread messages.
• Access to documents (pdf, word, excel etc.) And integrate with SharePoint.
• Ability to store custom forms to facilitate accident reporting, uniform requests, anonymous questions, etc.
• Reporting functionality that provides data on app usage, activity, and trending feed posts.
• Intuitive interface that requires little training and is easy to learn.
• Both mobile and desktop access with equivalent functionality
• Fully functional for both iOS and android operating systems
• Compatibility with smart phones and tablet models that are at least 7 years old.
• 24/7 availability for all users.
• Allows customized employer branding
• Ability to conduct polls company-wide or by specific workgroup, department or location.
• Ability to stream live meetings on the platform, preferred.
