• Implementation to include integrations with the following systems: skyward qmlativ, skyward SMS 2.0, Microsoft active directory, and google workspace.
• Quantity 66,500 each, NIM provisioning (education), annual license subscription.
• Quantity 1 each, essential support services, annual support contract.
• Quantity 1 each, NIM discount, customer loyalty annual discount.
• Quantity 1 each, NIM discount, discount off of subscription list price.
