Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platform

The Vendor is required to provide governance, risk, and compliance platform for managing governance activities, enterprise risk, compliance, third-party risk management, policy management, and related operational workflows.
• The college intends to implement the platform in phases as organizational needs and funding allow.
• Identify which capabilities are included in the proposed implementation, which are available as optional modules, and provide recommendations for a phased implementation approach based on higher education best practices.
• Cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that integrates with the college's existing technology environment and supports modern identity management, security, accessibility, reporting, workflow automation, and higher education compliance requirements.
• The college recognizes that vendors may offer different licensing models and implementation approaches.
• Suppliers are encouraged to describe both their recommended initial implementation and a phased roadmap demonstrating how additional governance, compliance, audit, enterprise risk, and third-party risk capabilities may be implemented over time.
