Guard Tracking Software

The vendor is required to provide guard tracking software for include:
- System features
• Guard tracking map – the ability to track our shift leads, mobile team members while on patrol.
• Dispatching our team members through our safety dispatch center in a way that is more cohesive and accurate.
• Reducing redundancy, we are currently having with our existing systems.
• Scheduling platforms that can be seen by safety personnel.
• The platform must be user friendly (easy to read) and automatically update once a change is implemented.
• Allows for more direction and accountability though location plotting and check points at designated locations.
• Accessibility to a writing module that allows for more thorough documentation and report review.
• This must be a cloud-based support program where all information recorded in the system will be saved.
• This will include employees’ schedules, vehicle information and vehicle tracking, calls received information and dispatch times.
• Daily backups (encrypted) and stored off-site will be required at no additional charge to the county.
• Users should be able to use the application in portrait vs. landscape mode, desktop view, and various versions, sizes and types of tablet and mobile phones.

- Hosting and security
• Hosting of the system in a secure environment with web application firewall (WAF), content delivery network (CDN) caching, and distributed denial-of-service (DDOS) protection.
• Configure and maintain hosting services with:
• Scalability to handle surges in traffic during emergencies and high-profile events
• Compliance with applicable security standards
• Disaster recovery and failover systems ensuring uninterrupted service with a recovery time objective (RTO) not to exceed 90 minutes; recovery point objective (RPO) not to exceed 15 minutes.
• Hosting must be us based.
• Architecture will be high-availability with failover and round-robin load balancing and geo replicated with separate us region environments for production environment.
• Active geo-replication / auto-failover group.
• Replication creates a fully functional secondary database in the paired region.
• Additional security features include:
• Role-based security
• Customized permissions and workflows
• Monitoring and logging of user activities and system events
- System reports
• Website analytics and traffic reporting
• Content change logs and audit trails
• User activity and permissions reports
• Ada compliance reports (user way)
• Broken links reporting
• Configurable reporting dashboard with filters applicable by user.
