Cloud Backup Solution

The Vendor is required to provide complete software-as-a-service (SaaS) cloud backup solution to protect town cloud-based assets.
- The solution must provide comprehensive backup and recovery capabilities for Microsoft 365 services, including exchange online, SharePoint online, OneDrive for business, and Microsoft teams.
- Requirement:
1. Implementation and project delivery
• Supply, procure, and provide all licenses and subscriptions required to implement and operate the proposed solution to support the town's Microsoft 365 environment
• Project management and coordination for the implementation.
• Provisioning, configuration, and deployment of the backup platform.
• Integration with the town's Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Validation and testing of backup and restore operations.
• The implementation is desired to be completed by the end of 2026.
• Contract award is anticipated in September 2026.
2. Operational readiness
• Configuration of backup policies, retention, alerting, and reporting.
• Assistance in establishing an appropriate governance and administrative model, including future enhancements and
