The Vendor is required to provide consolidated criminal history reporting system (CCHRS) for include:
- Application assessment and evaluation
• Current organizational structure
• Architecture and design best practices
• Security
• Development standards/integrated development environment (IDE)
• Performance/capacity planning
• Monitoring and management best practices
• Inventory of existing business and application programming interfaces (APIs) also specifying the integration models/patterns used
• Current after-hours support model
• CCHRS development environment
• Inventory of software development frameworks, libraries, and tools
• Best practice approach for after-hours support recommendation
• Results and recommendations across all areas of evaluation
• Develop and implement maintenance, testing, and standard deployment plans.
• Develop a new roadmap for enhancements that touch on all system areas of CCHRS.
- Maintenance and support services
• Work with the CCHRS technical team on all maintenance and support activities
• Use CCHRS technical team devops site to document and track CCHRS development activities and production bugs/issues
• Use source control and code review procedures chosen by the CCHRS technical team
• Maintain all necessary or desirable communication with and as requested by the county’s program manager during performance of all services
• Perform user administration functions
• Support server, database, application patching and upgrades by performing necessary tasks (including, but not limited to application shutdown/startup, stakeholder communication, and post completion validation)
• Coordinate directly with internal services department (ISD) application server and infrastructure teams to execute plans for system upgrades or patching
• Perform validations of system components after each software upgrade or patching
• Provide support and direct communication with users to resolve technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors and bugs in the existing codebase
• Identify errors in data and create avenues for remediation
• Identify, document, and resolve security issues
• Monitor certificate key license durations and renewals
• Perform application modifications, testing, and deployment as part of remediation plans
• Identify and resolve deviations from CCHRS business rules
• Provide project management and coordination services including status calls, project planning, and issue tracking
• Create and maintain a contractor support contact and escalation point document
• Proactive monitoring and health checks to keep CCHRS up and running
• Monitor daemons and web services to guard against performance issues
• Adhere to the technical provisions imposed by the CCHRS technical team.
