The Vendor is required to provide responsible for delivering, deploying, implementing, hosting, and supporting the immunization information system (“IIS”) solution throughout the duration of agency’s use.
- This includes providing all professional consulting, implementation, data migration, integration, training, and operational services necessary to configure the solution to meet agency requirements and to prepare agency staff, partners, and end users for successful adoption.
- The solution is implemented using an approach consistent with state expectations, provides all required documentation, adheres to applicable laws and policies, and integrates seamlessly with agency’s project management, oversight, and independent quality management services (“IQMS”) activities.
- Expected to support the full lifecycle of the solution, including preparation and maintenance of all environments, execution of data conversion and validation activities, establishment and testing of interfaces and integrations, completion of testing and go‑live readiness activities, and a smooth transition from implementation into ongoing operations and maintenance.
- Ongoing services include maintaining solution reliability, security, and performance; ensuring compliance with statewide information technology control standards; providing timely updates and enhancements; and supporting agency’s ability to continuously use, configure, and manage the solution.
