The vendor is required to provide childcare communications platform that includes project implementation and management, system configuration, staff training, contact information setup and onboarding assistance, and ongoing technical support and maintenance.

• Activity calendars and daily schedules
• Notifications of special events and themed activities
• Weather-related updates and emergency closures
• Changes to pick up locations, procedures, or operational logistics
2. Attendance and scheduling
• Reporting student absences
• Notifications of late arrivals or early pickups
• Planned absence scheduling
3. Child-specific communications
• Parent inquiries regarding a child’s day or activities
• Behavioral observations and updates
• Sharing developmental milestones, achievements, and accomplishments
• Notifications regarding matters requiring parental awareness
• Follow-up communication related to incidents or concerns
4. Administrative and operational communications
• Policy updates and procedural changes
• Notifications of upcoming deadlines and required paperwork.
