1. Software licensing
• Maintain active manufacturer-authorized software maintenance subscriptions.
• Maintain all applicable software licenses throughout the contract term.
• Coordinate license renewals without interruption of service.
• Assist the county with software activation, deactivation, and license transfers when requested.

• Bug fixes
• Service packs
• Maintenance releases
• Performance enhancements
3. Software upgrades
• Major version upgrades
• Minor version upgrades
• Feature enhancements
• New software functionality included within the maintenance subscription
4. Technical support
• Software troubleshooting
• Installation assistance
• Configuration assistance
• License management
• Error diagnosis and resolution
• Assistance with software compatibility issues
5. Software compatibility
• Current supported windows operating systems
• Manufacturer-supported hardware
• Existing county licensing environment
6. Documentation
• Release notes
• Upgrade documentation
• Licensing documentation
• Manufacturer technical bulletins when applicable.
