Enterprise Parking and Mobility Platform

The Vendor is required to provide electronic parking management platform to support day to day parking operations across the city including both street parking and surface lot parking.

1. Fully configurable back office capabilities, including but not limited to:
• A management framework that allows for the simple creation and management of parking lots, capacities, and databased advance reservation sales.
• Have a configurable backend for city employees to quickly and effectively manage any kiosks in the event that it may need repairs or replacement parts.
• Membership sales, and multi-site sales management.
• Capacity management and time/entry-based ticketing
• Full internal reporting/auditing capability, as well as an open API that can be utilized with existing city budgeting, parking enforcement (genetec), and cash flow systems.
• Native integration with your preferred payment gateway for processing
• Native role-based permissions system.
• Native resource management system.
• System appearance and configuration controls via CMS or comparable interface

• Built on industry-standard cloud infrastructure
• Based on an SLA for system uptime of at least 99.9%
• Available on all operating systems and commonly-used browsers
• Optimized for mobile devices and tablets [iOS/android app strongly preferred, web-based interface required]
• Designed for paperless delivery of tickets and receipts, with ability to verify email contents so as to reduce spam/junk classification.
• Functional across reliable wired, WI-FI, and cellular data connections
3. Simple, user-friendly interface with
• Native functionality on mobile devices, tablets or vendor-provided and maintained devices.

4. All forms of contactless payment (apple pay, Samsung pay, google pay, etc.) as well as chip, pin, and magnetic card payments using application-native hardware
