- HRIS Replacement Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide human resources information system (HRIS) and is seeking a modern replacement solution.
- Requirement:
• Software evaluation and selection process, providing implementation oversight, supporting the transition from the current HRIS to the selected solution, providing organizational change management support, and supporting post-go-live stabilization.
• Particularly interested in consultants with experience supporting utility organizations or similarly complex public-sector employers; developing and managing processes; facilitating HRIS software selection; providing implementation oversight; overseeing data conversion, testing, and organizational change management activities; and supporting post implementation stabilization.
• Consultant will serve as board trusted advisor throughout the procurement, implementation, and stabilization phases of the HRIS replacement project.
• Consultant will lend their expertise in establishing the detailed steps necessary to facilitate a successful HRIS replacement project.
