The Vendor is required to provide risk management information system (RMIS) solution for include:
1. Kickoff and discovery
• Set clear goals and expectations for the implementation process.
• Identify and document risk management and agency safety and compliance use cases and workflows.
• Guidance to dart on how to improve current processes, build and optimize the selected solution.
• Work with the client to identify and document specific needs and requirements for inclusion in the new system configuration and workflows.
• Assist the client in developing a structured approach to their RMIS and safety and compliance modules setup, ensuring a solid foundation for their operations.
• Work with the client to identify and document the accident appeals workflow portal configurations.
2. Execution
• Discuss, identify, and document all data migration points and processes.
• Offer support during data migration.
• Implement RMIS features identified during discovery sessions with dart.
• Implement safety and compliance features identified during discovery sessions with dart.
• Implement accident appeals portal identified by dart during discovery sessions.
• Configuration of dashboards post-data import to ensure meaningful insights can be derived.
• Create the checklist of tasks to be completed before going live.
3. Testing
• User acceptance testing (UAT) performed to ensure the risk management and safety and compliance modules system meets dart’s needs and operates as expected.

4. Training
• Conduct virtual training sessions for all end users identified.
• This training must cover necessary aspects of the new risk management and safety and compliance modules system at the minimum:
• System administrator training.

• End user training
• Dashboards and reports configuration training.
• Accident appeals portal training.
• Provide comprehensive training materials to dart, ensuring they have ongoing resources to reference.
5. Post-implementation
• Conduct a review to assess the deployment process, system performance, and user satisfaction.
• Create a detailed log of all issues identified post-deployment, their status, and resolution actions.
