The Vendor is required to provide public transit system for include:
1. Turnkey management and operations:
• Provide management, operation, and maintenance of the m public transit system, including fixed route, paratransit (map), and micro transit services, in accordance with the agreement, and city direction, such that the proposal contemplates a complete operating system except for city-provided assets and pass-through items
2. Technology platform:
• Provide and maintain an integrated technology platform for planning, blocking, run cutting, scheduling, reservation, and real-time management of fixed route, paratransit, and micro transit services, including mobile app and call-center booking, vehicle location, and operational reporting.
3. Personnel:
• Recruit, train, employ, and supervise all personnel necessary to operate the system, including operations management, dispatch, drivers, mechanics, customer service, and administrative staff; contractor shall be solely responsible for wages, benefits, and work performance of all such personnel.
4. Customer service, reservations and dispatch:
• Customer information, trip reservations, and dispatch for all modes during hours of operation; shall maintain adequate telephone and app-based booking capacity; and shall train dispatch and customer service personnel in customer relations, ADA and micro transit reservation procedures, fares, schedules, and operating policies.
5. Capital planning support
• Support the city's capital planning by providing fleet condition reports, maintenance histories, lifecycle recommendations, and operational data needed for vehicle replacement and facility improvement planning; contractor shall cooperate with city grant applications and capital projects affecting operations.
