The Vendor is required to provide community engagement platform system must support automated outreach via voice, text, and email, provide real-time multilingual translation, and ensure equitable access for diverse and underserved populations.
- Platform and functional requirements
• Self-service administrative portal: a user-friendly portal enabling agency staff to manage broadcasts, surveys, event reminders, and branding.
• Real-time multi-channel surveys: automated survey delivery via voice, text, and email with real-time, interactive response capture.
• Referral tracking and outcome monitoring: dashboard and reporting functionality that tracks referrals, completions, and follow-ups, including audit trails.
• Multi-language communication: real-time translation across multiple languages to support equitable communication.
• Should be able to support English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese and other languages commonly spoken within county.
• User-centered interface: interfaces must be accessible and intuitive for older adults, human services staff, people with disabilities, and individuals with limited digital literacy.
• Secure client data updates: secure client data uploads via encrypted email, file transfer, or self-upload.
• Dedicated local phone number: a local caller-id-enabled phone number identifying agency for all voice and text communications.
• Engagement reporting: regular reporting on outreach, client engagement, survey results, and referral outcomes.
